Featured images in products are just like featured images in posts.

On your Shop (or Products) page, you can display a grid of your products using images. The images that the shop uses come from the featured image of that product. Here’s how to get those in there.

Bonus: if you’d like to change the dimensions of the featured images for all products on the shop page, the video walks through that as well. We also find that it seems like there’s a minimum width of 220 (or so) for the featured images. I’m going to bet that if your featured image is smaller than that, it will increase (stretch) the image to match that dimension. Play around, see what works best.
