Craig Ackerman needed a site for one of his services: San Francisco Home Buying Consultations and Seminars. Together with Hilary Anderson, we got a smart site up where he could easily embed videos of his own as well as those of clients. He can now add testimonials, more video, and easily more content to the site. The site runs on the super-powerful Genesis Framework from StudioPress so updates will be a snap. His contact form links directly to the Aweber email services.
I’m starting to use the Genesis features of StudioPress features more and more. For example, the Genesis Simple Edits plugin lets me into areas of the site (e.g. the footer) to easily change the copyright line. Previously, I’d have to get into Dreamweaver and edit the footer.php file, save, upload, check. Now it’s just a quick click in the WP admin and save. Boom.
