A membership site in WOO Commerce & WOO Sensei?
RightClix is now live and just in time for Dreamforce! Ray Simon created a product to help bridge the gap between massive Salesforce manuals and expensive Salesforce consultants with a video course designed to get a small business’s Salesforce up, running, and ready. We built this site with:
- WOO Canvas
- WOO Commerce
- WOO Sensei
Enough WOO in there for you? It’s technically a membership site as visitors need to purchase the product (the courses) to access the content–but we did this without a membership plugin. We were ready to use Wishlist Member, but in the end we didn’t need it–WOO Sensei combined with WOO Commerce as the shopping cart took care of locking down the premium content, creating and organizing the content, processing the payments (together with a simple PayPal account), and the user administration.
At this stage, no multiple level user permission levels, no complex configurations, just courses, lessons, e-commerce “products” (the courses) and we’re all set. Add to that a sharp design thanks to Good Looking Ideas, some excellent video production, smooth video hosting from Wistia, and WOO Canvas and the site is up, running, and the doors are open for business.
Did I mention that Ray Simon is a rockstar. That helps, too. Go Ray!
