Tired of waiting for “Save and Continue Editing” to save and then, well, continue? Ajax Post Save saves the contents of your WordPress post using Ajax so it’s zippy, no page reloading, and you can view your site for updates (in another tab/window) almost immediately. A huge time-saver when doing nit-picky edits on a post that you want to check in your browser.

My beloved NAVT plugin stopped saving / updating / making new menus and I couldn’t figure out why. I went through the list of plugins and the culprit was Ajax Post Save. Deactivated that and NAVT was back to saving.
I think I’ll keep them both activated, but just deactivate Ajax Post Save when I need to alter a NAVT menu.
