Website colors use a six number/letter combination to designate colors. Go to one of these sites:
and then click on Hue and a page will come up full of colors. I need the six number/letter name of the color you want e.g. FF0033.

Check out this find — it will tell you the colors used, by hex, on any website. I can tell this is going to be VERY useful.

Getting the colors right was something that I had to work at. I like the above link I like your colors.
I can find a site that I like the look of a get the colors of that site, that will help me out a lot.
Here’s something I run into a lot—and I’m sure you’ve already got a nice solution for…
Client is on the phone and says “can we change the headlines to be like a sea foam green?” and I say, tell you what, go to this website and choose the exact color you like and let me know the color code. Turns out that the “sea foam green” they want is actually called “light sea green” and I get an easy answer of #20B2AA.
I change the CSS really quickly and say “ok, hit Refresh” and they say…”you’re magic”. ;)
Saves us both from going through color revisions and the client gets exactly what they want. Great.
